Matthews Graduation from Pre-K

Matthew had a pre-K graduation show at school on Friday.  They sang the 50 states song, presidents song, continents, and ocean song.  He was awared the "Mr. Competitor" award because he likes to win at every game.  His favorite part about pre-K was playing outside.  Zachary was a little miffed at this response because he mentioned playing with Matthew in his favorite part about school.

It's hard to believe that Matthew will be starting kindergarten in the fall.  It just seems like yesterday when he was going through all the phases that Audrey is currently going through at 2 years old.  Matthew has matured over the past year and we notice how he doesn't struggle to come up with words and he asks some very good questions.  When we watched the Moore, Oklahoma tornado disaster on TV this week, Matthew asks "Why does God allow that to happen to people?"  Such a good question!  While Andy and I don't always know the right answers to tell Matthew, we try to encourage him to keep asking these good questions.

Matthew loves to pull the switch on the bingo balls at the senior citizen home

Matthew is very excited about our new house - which will be complete in Sept/Oct
