Now that the Jesuit sports camp is over, Matthew is back at Bent Tree Child Development Center. It is great just having one drop-off location for the 2 of them again. Matthew is loving it there. They went to Legoland, a swimming pool, and park for field trips just this week! He plays with his old friend, Justin, as well as his friend from St Rita, Noah. The teacher is his old teacher from a year ago, Ms. Faires. After school/daycare, we took the kids to vacation bible school (VBS) from 6:30-8:30pm. It was a long day for everyone! But the kids had so much fun doing songs/dances, arts and crafts, and gym time. Arden and Lydia joined, too.
On Thursday, it was our 10 year anniversary. Andy sent a beautiful flower arrangement to my office. We decided to celebrate on Saturday night since the week day can be so hectic. Andy was offered tickets to the Rangers-Tigers game so he took Matthew to the game while Audrey and I went to the last night of VBS.
