Matthew is playing soccer

Matthew played soccer on Saturday morning at his first soccer practice. He picked a dandelion and then carried his flower in one hand while kicking the ball. He loved being outdoors and running around. The weather was chilly but warmed up to 80 degrees. Ms Krystal babysat for us on Saturday night and we went to dinner and then a couples baby shower. Andy talked about almost losing Matthew at the YMCA one time and the father-to-be got a little scared by the story. Audrey is almost 3 months old and she slept through the night 2 nights in a row! I was happy. Matthew takes a bath with Audrey at night and he likes to count her toes. Sometimes he counts to 4 or 5 and sometimes he counts to 9.

We went to a different park on Sunday and Matthew loved it. Mama and Matthew would race down the double slide. Andy jogged over with Rusty and watched Audrey while we played.
Matthew saw a kite for the first time and chased after it.
